There are several ways to get involved with Project Hope. If you would like to receive some additional information on how you can help, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Team Recruitment

Project Hope is looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of local cancer, diabetes and heart disease patients. The 10th annual Festival of Hope is a team-based fundraiser planned for February 27, 2009, and we hope that your organization will consider participating as a team.

The event begins at 6 p.m. at Tupelo Furniture Market with a Wizard of Oz theme, "There's No Place Like Hope." A team is composed of at least 10 (or more) people who raise at least $100 each, or at least $1,000 together.

Teams can represent businesses, churches, clubs or other groups who want to come together to benefit a good cause. All fundraising is completed at your own pace and as you decide before the event. We have three team captain's meeting before the event, and "veteran" team captains are happy to share many ideas that have been successful in the years prior. While you can certainly raise additional funds that night, Festival of Hope itself is intended as a celebration of all your hard work in the prior months.

Please consider participating as a team. If your organization is unable to enter a team, we request that you consider sponsoring Festival of Hope. A sponsorship brochure is also enclosed for your review. Please contact any of us for more information. We look forward to your help in making Festival of Hope 2009 a success for those less fortunate in our community.
